Despite Megyn Kelly's Efforts, Putin Still Won't Confess to Election Meddling

Megyn Kelly wears a green off-the-shoulder velvet dress with black platform sandals and interviews India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, left, and Russian President Vladimir Putin, center.

"Well this just another load of nonsense". Even if it's a no comment or a pack of lies, we needed someone to try and get that response. An oft-published photo of him sitting next to Putin at a gala dinner seems to hint he had close relations.

"They have been misled", Putin told NBC, in an interview NBC said was recorded on Friday. "We didn't have any relationship at all". There was a time when he used to come to Moscow.

"They have been misled", Putin responded when Kelly said that American intelligence agencies had concluded that Russian Federation interfered in the campaign with the goal of electing Trump. During the presidential transition, lots of information from an unknown source was published, information that led Americans to believe that Russian Federation had implicating information on President Trump.

US intelligence agencies reported in January that Putin oversaw a campaign of computer hacking, fake news and propaganda meant to swing the election to the Republican candidate Trump over his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton. They can be in Russian Federation, in Asia - even in America - Latin America - there can even be hackers by the way in the United States who very skilfully and professionally shifted the blame on to Russian Federation. Putin noted that executives from perhaps 100 American companies were now in Russian Federation.

"Do you think we are gathering compromising information on all of them right now or something?"

During one part of the interview Putin asked those watching "does someone have a pill" to help Kelly with her "hysteria".

Crowds rally at March for Truth in DC and dozens of cities
Attendees at the pro-Trump rally expressed support for the president's decision to withdraw the USA from the Paris Climate Accord. Thousands more protested in more than 100 cities across the country, including New York, Pittsburgh and Chicago.

That is, the Washington Post reports Trump may be giving back to Russian Federation two compounds, in Maryland and NY, from which Russian Federation got ousted by Obama after the presidential election, in direct response to interference in the election. Then we talked about some other stuff.

"I haven't seen, even once, any direct proof of Russian interference in the presidential election in the United States", he said.

Putin said he is "deeply convinced" that no interference from outside in "such a vast and great power" as the USA could influence the final outcome of the elections.

After Comey's dismissal, news reports emerged that Trump asked Comey to end the probe into former national security adviser Michael Flynn during a February meeting in the Oval Office, the day after Flynn was sacked for misrepresenting his contacts with the Russian ambassador, Sergei Kislyak. "You created a sensation out of nothing".

An adviser to Trump's campaign and prominent speaker at the 2016 Republican National Convention, Flynn was sacked less than four weeks after Trump's inauguration after claims he misled Vice President Mike Pence about his contacts with Sergey Kislyak, Russia's ambassador to the US, during the presidential transition.

While acknowledging no "smoking gun at this point", Warner said he wants "to know what kind of pressure, appropriate, inappropriate, how many conversations he had with the president about this topic". He said invoking executive privilege would be on "shaky legal ground" and stressed that Comey deserved to have his "day in court" after repeated attacks by Trump and reports of undue pressure. On Sunday, Sen. Roy Blunt, a Missouri Republican and a member of the intelligence committee, said the president would be "better served by getting all this information out".
