Dave Chappelle to Drop Two Netflix Specials on New Year's Eve

Dave Chappelle to Drop Two Netflix Specials on New Year's Eve

These are Chappelle's third and fourth comedy specials coming exclusively to Netflix in 2017.

Chappelle has enjoyed an incredibly fruitful relationship with Netflix, releasing two stand-up specials with the platform earlier this year.

Dave Chappelle admits to feeling sorry for the "poor white" population who voted for Trump in a new comedy routine.

Check out the teaser trailer for both specials above.

The last part of the trilogy has Chapelle talking about topics that are timelier, more urgent.

In one NSFW clip, Chappelle aims his jabs at the "poor whites" who helped elect Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

Chappelle said we've gotten "a lot of trouble out of them" as he recalled a story as he waited in line to vote amid the type of people about which he spoke.

"I've never had a problem with white people ever in my life, but, full disclosure, poor whites are my least favorites", he began the segment.

"I'm standing there, thinking in my mind, 'You dumb motherf**ker. You are poor. He's fighting for me'". Chappelle holds court in a special homecoming performance filmed in front of a packed house at the historic Warner Theater in Washington D.C. In "Dave Chappelle: Equanimity", the comedian hilariously revels in taking on culture and class, politics and the specter of getting old.

In addition to his recently announced Netflix special "Equanimity", Dave Chappelle will also have a second, surprise! stand-up special premiering the same night titled "The Bird Revelation".

As you may know, Chappelle is now one of the highest paid comedians in the world, with a net worth of around $40 million.

"Equanimity" - which follows up "The Age of Spin" and "Deep in the Heart of Texas" - will debut December 31 on Netflix.
