'Real Housewives' star Luann de Lesseps arrested in Florida

'Real Housewives' star Luann de Lesseps arrested in Florida

The reality star was released on her own recognizance with the judge allowing her to return to her home state of NY.

Judge Ted Booras listed the charges to the handcuffed de Lesseps, and added that three of the four charges against her are felonies.

De Lesseps' friend Olson told Page Six that the man who was in bed with the star was "a guy she had previously dated". The report states that there were "multiple attempts to get both subjects to leave over a five minute period" before police were called.

The outlet also noted that De Lesseps and her family were celebrating the holidays in Jupiter, which is just a short drive north from where the longtime reality star was arrested.

The ladies "appeared to be highly intoxicated", and while Julie followed orders to exit the hotel room, Luann locked herself in the bathroom and refused to leave. Unfortunately it didn't end there as the drunken former Countess allegedly shoved one of the officers in the chest with her palm, slammed the door on his face, "striking him in the forehead", according to the report.

Her ex-husband is now in Palm Beach for Christmas but has made no comment about her arrest.

She continued vowing that she was "going to f-king kill all of you" to both cops as she was brought back to the Palm Beach police station and tossed into a holding cell, the report says.

De Lesseps, 52, was eventually handcuffed, but managed to escape the cuffs and the auto.

After the news of her arrest broke on Sunday, de Lesseps Luann tweeted out an apology that afternoon.

Gossip website TMZ reported that Lesseps told police, "I'm going to kill you all".

She's due back in court January 25.

De Lesseps has been a cast member on "The Real Housewives of New York City" since 2008.

She has since apologized for her arrest, blaming it on "buried emotions" that stemmed from her 7-month marriage to ex-husband Tom D'Agostino.

She later apologized for her behavior, tweeting that her visit to Palm Beach triggered "long-buried emotions" tied to her short-lived marriage to Tom D'Agostino Jr., whom she Wednesday there on December 31, 2016.

She then promised her fans and followers on Twitter that she was committed to embarking on the New Year in a more positive and hopeful manner.
