Colts Owner Jim Irsay Will Pay for Funeral of Edwin Jackson

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Prosecutors filed felony charges on Wednesday against an immigrant illegally living in the USA who is suspected in a drunken-driving crash that killed Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson and an Uber driver in Indiana.

Jackson and the driver of his ride-share auto Jeffrey Monroe were killed Sunday morning after a black Ford F-150 pickup driven by a 37-year-old undocumented immigrant man struck both of them as they were standing on the side of a highway, according to police.

The Guatemala citizen, who gave officers a fake name, was deported in 2007 and 2009 and was again living illegally in the US, according to police. According to the complaint, immigration officers arrested and deported him in October 2006 and again in March 2009. Jackson, 26, was one of two men killed when a suspected drunken driver struck them as they stood outside their auto along a highway in Indianapolis.

Jackson started in eight games with the Colts in 2016. "It's a tragedy. It's a police investigation story", said Clare Corado, who leads the in immigration law unit.

When Orrego-Savala appeared before a judge on Tuesday, he questioned why he was in court, and claimed he wasn't driving the vehicle in the fatal crash, according to the court clerk. Orrega-Savala has a 2005 conviction for DUI.

"May God comfort the family of Edwin Jackson who was killed by a drunk illegal alien who never should have been here", Gosar tweeted Monday.

Orrego-Savala is suspected of causing a collision Sunday, Feb. 4, that killed Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson.

New PS4 5.50 Update Makes Organizing Games Easier, Adds PS4 Pro Functionality
The beta for the PlayStation 4's next major system software update 5.50 releases today for users selected for the beta program . One of the primary complaints on the original Gold Headset was that the foldable hinges were flimsy and would break over time.

Both men were standing outside the vehicle when a black Ford F-150 pickup truck drove onto the emergency shoulder and struck them and the back of the auto.

Manuel Orrego-Savala faces four new felony counts related to the Sunday crash that killed Indianapolis Colts player Edwin Jackson.

In a series of tweets Tuesday, President Trump offered his prayers and sympathies for Jackson's family while emphasizing his argument on the need for immigration reform. This is just one of many such preventable tragedies.

Manuel Orrego-Savala, a 37-year-old Guatemalan national, was twice deported from the country and was again living illegally in the U.S. at the time of the crash.

Steve Wagstaffe, San Mateo County's district attorney, told The Chronicle that Orrego-Savala - also known as Alex Cabrera Gonsales - was arrested twice in that county in 2005 on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Trump was not the only GOP politician to use Jackson's death to renew calls for increased security along the southern USA border with Mexico. Always happy. always uplifting. always humble.he was a true shining light on this earth.Such an incredibly sad day for anybody who has ever been lucky enough to be around or befriend Edwin Jackson.
