Apple Releases First Ever 11.3 Software Update for HomePod

The new performance management deature will default to off when devices update to iOS 11.3, according to Apple support, though it will turn back on if there is a subsequent unexpected shutdown.

Apple is also updating Apple Health, Music, News apps with iOS 11.3 and introducing ARKit 1.5 with iOS 11.3. It wasn't for the reason many suspected-to sell more new iPhones-but to extend the lives of older ones; still, Apple had not been upfront about what it was doing behind the scenes.

Now, a new function included in the company's upcoming operating system, iOS 11.3, will allow you to de-throttle your phone if you so choose. This feature can be found in Settings - Battery and is available for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

An iOS 11.3 jailbreak has been hard and somewhat pointless to start developing at this point, considering the fact that so far it has been in a pre-release state that is constantly being revised and updated with new fixes and features.

iOS 11.3 has the option of battery transparency in their devices such as iPhone, iPod, ad iPad.

It arrives more than a month the launch of iOS 11.2.6, a minor update that brought bug fixes. The company expects that developers will use ARKit to create experiences like interactive movie posters and museums filled with dynamic virtual exhibits.

If you've been mourning the loss of MTV's near-constant influx of music videos, you're in luck: Apple Music now puts music videos front and center.

Locking the videos behind Apple Music's subscription wall is a distinctly different tactic we've seen from the likes of VEVO, a video streaming service who's long offered free music videos from Universal, Sony and Warner for free on its website and mobile apps with advertisements. These markets join Apple TV app users in the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the UK.
