Heather Locklear arrested -- again -- for battery on a police officer: Details

Actress Heather Locklear was arrested for a second time in 2018 by Ventura County Sheriff's deputies.

Actress Heather Locklear was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and emergency personnel charges, according to Ventura County Sheriff's Office records, according to The Wrap.

Police sources told TMZ that Heather was "heavily intoxicated" when a family member called 911. "Heather, who we're told was extremely agitated, punched a responding deputy who was trying to separate Heather from members of her family". After being held in California's Ventura County main jail facility on $20,000 bail, she was released just after 9 a.m.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Locklear was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation on June 17 after she allegedly assaulted her parents and threatened to kill herself.

Locklear was also arrested in February for battery against law enforcement following a domestic dispute with her boyfriend.

She was fined $900 (£678) and sentenced to three years' informal probation after pleading guilty to reckless driving. It was then that Locklear hit a deputy, authorities claim.

On the night of her arrest, Locklear screamed at one officer: 'Get the f*** out of my house!'

Friends have spoken out recently to say that they don't think Heisser is good for Heather's sobriety and say that he has alienated her from her friends and family. While the EMT was evaluating the actress, she kicked him as well. When authorities arrived, she allegedly began to attack the officer. She could not be reached for comment as of press time.
