The Bachelor 2019 Is Colton Underwood: Who Is the Next New Star?

Underwood made his debut on "The Bachelor" franchise vying for Becca Kufrin's heart on "The Bachelorette".

In a confessional, Colton said, "She's one of the best people I know". "If there's a chance that Colton is the Bachelor, I would hope that he is fully ready for that experience knowing that he wants to be engaged at the end of it".

One of the big issues for Underwood, which endeared him to many fans, was his virginity and staying true to that part of himself. The upcoming season of The Bachelor will kickoff sometime in early 2019.

"I'm going to live my life and do what I've always done".

International Space Station Repaired After Pressure Leak
The Russian Mission Control recommended the astronauts to let the sealant dry for a night and conduct more leak checks on Friday. Mission controllers in Houston, Texas, and Russia's capital, Moscow, say the six-strong crew are in no danger .

Another called Colton "an opportunist" and many more said they would not be tuning into the new season in January. And surprise on Tuesday morning Colton was announced as the next "Bachelor".

The Bachelor in Paradise star also told Tia not to settle for anything less than the world, saying that's what she deserved.

We are attempting to obtain reaction this morning from Washingtonians who knew Underwood back in the day, before he started dating Olympic gold-medal gymnast Aly Raisman. But Tia Booth, who also appeared on Arie's season of The Bachelor, appeared on the show and told Becca she still had strong feelings for Colton after the two enjoyed a weekend together prior to The Bachelorette filming. He was eliminated by Becca in that episode.

Colton's ABC biography for The Bachelorette said: 'Colton was named after the Indianapolis Colts which would turn out to be fitting for this lifelong football player. Colton appeared on "Bachelor in Paradise", where he rekindled his romance with Tia. And it was a good thing to happen because now I can take what I learned in that relationship and apply it to future relationships. On Monday's episode, Tia and Colton were no longer.
