Baker Mayfield leads Browns to 1st win in 635 days

Baker Mayfield leads Browns to 1st win in 635 days

The Cleveland Browns secured their first win since 2016 Thursday night, but it was someone else who stole everyone's attention. That's a span of 635 days, if you're keeping track. After the win, Browns fans took to the streets to celebrate the first win for the franchise in almost two years. But it wasn't until one daring Cleveland fan grabbed the animal by its tail and gently placed it in a box that the incident was resolved.

Mayfield hadn't practiced with the No. 1 starters this week, and he came into the game with his team down by two touchdowns.

"We call it the "Philly Special", guard Joel Bitonio said. The youngster's near-brilliant performance against NY could change that.

The first physical design, a matte black cylinder, was uninspired, but the always-on speaker and Alexa resonated with consumers. According to David Limp, the senior vice president of Amazon Devices, the ubiquitous microwave was long overdue for an upgrade.

Baker Mayfield led the Cleveland Browns to a comeback victory. Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry "never doubted" Mayfield's prowess and heaped mountains of praise on the rookie quarterback, according to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.

Mayfield's highlight reel for the game included catching a pass on a two-point conversion. I think that this is the best team that I have had since I have been here.

The hapless franchise nearly ended its losing streak in their season opener, only to end up in a tie with divisional foes, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
