Woman who accused Kavanaugh of rape admits she never met him

Woman who accused Kavanaugh of rape admits she never met him

Senate Judiciary Committee investigators concluded that a woman who claimed to be the author of an anonymous sexual assault allegation against Justice Brett Kavanaugh had "fabricated" her accusation, according to a letter from Senate Judiciary chairman Chuck Grassley. Can you imagine if he didn't become a Justice of the Supreme Court because of her disgusting False Statements. What about the others?

Grassley wrote a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray about an allegation of rape against Kavanaugh that began with an anonymous letter received by Sen.

In a letter to a different senator while Kavanaugh's appointment was being considered, a Jane Doe claimed she was raped by Kavanaugh and another person, according to USA Today.

October 3: The Senate Judiciary Committee received an email from Judy Munro-Leighton stating that she was the alleged "Jane Doe" from the letter.

Among those questioned, the report said, were Mark Judge, PJ Smyth, and Leland Keyser, the three individuals whom accuser Christine Blasey Ford claimed were present in the house when Kavanaugh allegedly threw her on a bed and sexually assaulted her sometime in the 1980s. The investigators found no evidence to corroborate the allegations against Kavanaugh. The woman who accused of Kavanaugh of sexual assault, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, also received death threats.

She also admitted that she was using a "tactic" and a "ploy" to get this accusation more attention in hopes that it would sink Judge Kavanaugh's nomination. "It is illegal to obstruct Committee investigations", Grassley said.

The original accusation was made in a September 19 letter to Sen.

May: Brexit deal '95% done'
A Nobel Prize Winner said that Brexit is the "biggest threat" to the UK's science industry in his almost 50 years of research. May will say that the shape of the deal across "the vast majority" of its text is now clear.

It's unclear who wrote the first Jane Doe letter.

"I was angry, and I sent it out", Munro-Leighton said of her sexual assault allegation.

When they finally spoke with her Thursday, she claimed she wasn't Jane Doe - but had heard about the letter and claimed to be Jane Doe so it would get more attention. She later changed her story to say she saw Justice Kavanaugh and his friend near a punch bowl, and could not identify them as having actually been part of any rape.

Kavanaugh was narrowly confirmed to the Supreme Court by a vote of 50-48 on October 6 after a contentious political event unfolded on Capitol Hill the likes of which had not been seen before. I read the transcript of the call to your Committee ...

The Committee is grateful to citizens who come forward with relevant information in good faith, even if they are not one hundred percent sure about what they know.

Grassley recently referred Michael Avenatti and Julie Swetnick to the Justice Department alleging they made "materially false" statements to the committee during their investigation.

Committee investigators tracked her down and found she lives in Kentucky, not California. Such acts are not only unfair; they are potentially illegal.
