'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Premiere Date Revealed

'Game of Thrones' Season 8 Premiere Date Revealed

It's unclear if it's footage from season 8 or just some teaser footage to further build anticipation.

But this teaser is about more than just the battle to come; it's about the Stark family legacy. In over one-minute long teaser video, we get to see how Jon Snow, Sansa and Arya Stark walk through the crypts of the Winterfell. The implication is all three may be facing their doom.

Given the fact that we're firmly down the Game of Thrones rabbit hole, the schedule also offers an intriguing possibility regarding the fate of Queen Cersei.

Expect to see the saga to unfold across six episodes, each over an hour long. As fans know, the TV show has veered off from Martin's books due to necessity, as a new book hasn't come out since 2011.

Surviving R. Kelly premiere breaks Lifetime record with 1.9 million viewers
The Hampton was quick to point out via Twitter that Aaliyah was only a small part of the story she is telling with this series. Vibe magazine found that Kelly got married to Aaliyah when she was only 15 and listed herself as 18 while the singer was 27.

The final season of Game of Thrones is shaping up to be an epic event, and its effects are already being felt by the cast of the show. Of course, it could also be that Bran isn't here simply because he has fully become the Three-Eyed Raven and will never truly be a Stark again.

It seems increasingly likely that we won't see a single frame of Game Of Thrones' upcoming final season until the first episode actually airs - but at least we now know exactly when that will be. Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) are haunted by the voices of the dead in the tombs of Winterfell and the pending arrival of the Night King.

Specifically, they announced an exact premiere date-April 14-and released a brand new teaser ahead of the True Detective season 3 premiere. "The reaction I had while watching them was, 'I'm watching a movie'".

If that wasn't enough to get you excited, an old interview from Vladimír Furdík (The Night King) has revealed that two of the biggest fights of 2019 might be closer than you think. Yes, the realisation has hit us hard - it's all ending.

That's right folks, we will be able to feast our eyes on delicious Westeros action on April 14.
