Nipsey Hussle's Philanthropy to be Added to Congressional Record

Simpson, Chris Darden is back in the legal limelight in another controversial case- this time as a defense lawyer for the man charged in the murder of rapper and community advocate Nipsey Hussle. The suspect in the shooting, 29-year-old Eric Holder, was arrested Tuesday.

Eric Holder has entered a plea of not guilty.

The man allegedly responsible for fatally shooting Nipsey Hussle has been charged with murder and is facing life in prison.

Darden asked Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Teresa Sullivan to ban cameras from the courtroom, a request she denied. The attempted murder charges are for the alleged shootings of the two other victims, Kerry Lathan and Shermi Cervabta Villanueva.

The 33-year-old musician was shot to death outside of his Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles on March 31.

Albot could not convert a break point in the deciding set tied at 3-3, and the Swiss took command from there to wrap up the match. At 6-5, Federer went 15-40 up on the Serbian's service game and another backhand victor gave the 37-year-old the lead.

Holder is slated to appear in a downtown courtroom this afternoon, two days after his arrest and nearly 48 hours after the manhunt for him began.

Holder has been ordered to return to court on May 10.

Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was praised by officials in Los Angeles and by his peers for transforming himself from being a gang member to a successful rapper and community organizer who fought for the black and Latino residents of Hyde Park, the south LAneighbourhoodd where he grew up.

She has not been arrested or charged, according to Josh Rubenstein, the Los Angeles Police Department's Director of Communications. Two other people were wounded by gunfire.

Following news of his death, Hussle's friends, family and fans, including his longtime love, Lauren London, expressed their sadness and shared their condolences.
